Woodside

The client wanted to create a cosy, atmospheric vibe in her front living room. The bespoke carpentry built in the alcoves were painted in the dark Inchyra blue colour (Farrow and ball) as were the walls, to create a seamless, dramatic effect. A mixture of contemporary with vintage furniture and accessories give this room character and charm.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area were given a punch which contrast perfectly with the neutral kitchen. As you walk through the kitchen you can view the beautiful and bold yellow wall in the lounge area below.

Opposite this, the yellow colour is picked out in the egg yolk of the quirky art print above the dining table. Blues and greens are strategically painted around the art and on the skirtings, balancing out the colours of the furniture, lighting and accessories used in the space.
